Hold Fast Studio works with early-stage companies in hardware, software, and AI. The work is mostly 0-to-1, products and systems built before the org has a playbook for either. Craft is assumed. So is fluency across generative AI, traditional deliverables, canvas, and repo. The focus is on the calls that shape how a product gets perceived, by users, by investors, by the people who haven't heard of it yet.
