Hold Fast Studio works with early-stage hardware, software, and AI companies, mostly on 0-to-1 work. Products and systems built before the org has a playbook for either. Craft is assumed, so is fluency from generative AI to canvas to repo. The focus is the calls that shape how a product gets perceived.

    A week against one question. A teardown, screens for a new surface, or a prototype real enough to test. Scoped Monday, delivered Friday.

  • Zero to One

    6–12 weeks

    The founding design work. Lands as design files or a repo with a functioning prototype. The discipline is design, the build stays yours.

  • Design Partner

    Ongoing

    A standing design seat without the hire. Working sessions on live problems, async eyes on everything that ships.
